These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Sonoran Water Pros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any visitor, user, or customer ("you" or "Customer") who accesses our website (https://sonoranwaterpros.com/home) or schedules services through our Company. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to use our website or book services.
We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Sonoran Water Pros provides professional water treatment assessment, equipment sales, installation, and maintenance services for residential properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and the greater Arizona metro. Our services include but are not limited to:
Free water report (local water quality data pulled and delivered with no visit required)
Whole-home filtration and softening systems (from $2,999)
Reverse osmosis (RO) system installation (from $1,499)
Well water treatment systems for iron, manganese, sulfur, hardness, and bacteria (from $4,499)
Scheduled filter replacement and system maintenance (custom plan)
All services are performed as listed on our website or as agreed upon in writing between Sonoran Water Pros and the Customer. Pricing listed is a starting point and may vary based on site conditions and scope of work as outlined in Section III of this Agreement.
Sonoran Water Pros provides a free water report based on local water quality data for your area. Arizona has some of the hardest water in the country, and this report gives you a clear, honest breakdown of what is in your water and what it means for your home -- before you make any decision.
The report is delivered at no charge, requires no in-home visit, and carries no obligation to purchase. For well water customers or situations where local data does not provide sufficient detail, an on-site water assessment may be recommended. On-site assessments are also provided at no charge and with no obligation to purchase.
Any system recommendation following the water report or assessment is based solely on your water quality and household needs -- not the most expensive option available.
All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of the water report or assessment, including water quality data, plumbing configuration, and the scope of installation requested. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, plumbing complexity, water source type (municipal vs. well), or additional materials identified as necessary during installation. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing to the specific scope, equipment, and pricing for the job.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be discussed with and approved by the Customer before additional work is performed or additional costs are incurred.
Submitting a service request or booking inquiry online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for the selected date and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur. A representative will contact you via email or phone to confirm your appointment.
The Customer or an authorized adult representative (18 years of age or older) must be present at the property for the duration of any installation or service visit. This is required to review work, provide access to plumbing areas, and approve the completed installation -- including a review of before-and-after water test results -- before our team departs.
All scheduled services include a one to two (1-2) hour arrival window to account for potential delays such as traffic or prior job overruns. If our team is running significantly behind schedule, we will notify you by phone or text.
Sonoran Water Pros tests your water before and after every installation to confirm system performance and demonstrate the improvement. These results are reviewed with you before our team leaves. Testing is conducted using standard field testing equipment appropriate for the systems installed.
Before-and-after test results are for informational and verification purposes. They confirm that the installed system is functioning as designed at the time of installation. Results may vary over time based on changes in municipal water supply, seasonal variations in well water, or filter maintenance schedules. Sonoran Water Pros does not warrant specific ongoing water quality outcomes beyond the performance specifications of the installed equipment and manufacturer documentation.
Payment for equipment and installation services is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Payment may be made via credit or debit card, check, or other methods as confirmed at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
For custom or special-order equipment, including well water treatment systems, a deposit may be required at the time of order confirmation. Deposit amounts and terms will be communicated clearly before any charge is made.
Customers who enroll in a scheduled filter replacement or maintenance plan authorize us to charge the agreed amount to the card on file or by invoice per the plan schedule. Plan pricing and intervals will be confirmed at enrollment.
You are personally and financially responsible for all outstanding fees and costs for equipment, installation, and services rendered. This includes any collection costs, attorneys' fees, and legal expenses incurred in the recovery of unpaid balances.
We stand behind every installation we perform. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion via phone or email and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds on installed equipment or completed labor; however, warranty claims on defective equipment are handled per the manufacturer's warranty terms described in Section XI of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time and for any reason necessary to protect our team or ensure the quality of our work. Our representatives may decline to perform an installation or service in conditions that include:
Unsafe or inaccessible plumbing conditions
Evidence of existing water damage, mold, or structural issues in the installation area
Disconnected utilities needed to perform the service
Well water conditions that require specialized remediation beyond the scope of the agreed installation
Unsafe indoor temperatures due to non-functioning air conditioning during extreme heat
Threatening, intimidating, or abusive behavior toward our team
If a service cannot be completed due to any of the above conditions, a trip fee may apply.
We require at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice must be provided via phone call, text, or email.
Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation or trip fee. If special-order equipment has already been procured for your installation, cancellation after equipment has been ordered may result in restocking or non-refundable costs being passed to the Customer. These terms will be communicated at the time of order.
If the Customer or an authorized adult representative is not present at the scheduled time and no prior arrangement has been made, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation without notice and the applicable fee will apply.
By scheduling a service, you grant our representatives access to your home and relevant plumbing areas to perform the scheduled installation or maintenance.
Please ensure the installation area is accessible and clear of obstructions before our team's arrival. This includes under-sink cabinet space for RO systems, utility areas for whole-home filtration or softeners, and any shutoff valves or plumbing access points our team will need to reach.
For properties on well water, please ensure access to the pressure tank, wellhead, and any existing treatment equipment. Disclose any known issues with your well, including recent changes in water color, odor, pressure, or bacterial test results, before installation. Sonoran Water Pros is not responsible for performance issues or equipment damage resulting from undisclosed well conditions.
Arizona's summer temperatures can create unsafe working conditions indoors when cooling systems are inadequate or non-functional. Our team reserves the right to reschedule a service visit if indoor temperatures at the installation site are unsafe. This is not a cancellation and no fee will apply in such cases.
Please secure all pets prior to our team's arrival. We are not responsible for pets that escape through open doors during service, or for any injuries sustained by our team due to unsecured animals.
All systems and equipment installed by Sonoran Water Pros are covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to that product. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide warranty documentation for all installed equipment at the time of installation.
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, failure to perform scheduled maintenance, or pre-existing plumbing or well conditions.
Our labor warranty covers the quality of our installation work. Any installation defects identified within thirty (30) days of the original installation will be corrected at no charge. Issues arising after thirty (30) days or resulting from Customer modifications, misuse, or plumbing changes made after installation are not covered under our labor warranty.
Proper performance of your water treatment system depends on timely filter replacement and maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer and communicated at the time of installation. Failure to perform scheduled maintenance may void the manufacturer's warranty and reduce the effectiveness of your system.
Sonoran Water Pros offers scheduled maintenance and filter replacement plans. If you choose not to enroll in a plan, you are responsible for monitoring and maintaining your system per the manufacturer's recommended schedule.
Our team takes reasonable precautions to protect your home during every installation and service visit. All work is performed by experienced professionals and backed by general liability insurance.
Any property damage must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion, via phone or email.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions, corroded or aging pipes, water pressure irregularities, well water conditions not disclosed prior to installation, or conditions not discoverable at the time of assessment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from system performance, water quality changes, or appliance interactions.
We perform a visual assessment of the installation area prior to beginning work. If pre-existing plumbing or well issues are identified that could affect the installation or create risk, we will communicate these to the Customer before proceeding. If the Customer elects to proceed despite identified concerns, Sonoran Water Pros assumes no liability for damage arising from those pre-existing conditions.
Sonoran Water Pros carries general liability insurance covering potential damages or injuries that may occur during the provision of our services. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year following its termination or expiration, you agree not to solicit, hire, or attempt to induce any employee, subcontractor, agent, or affiliate of Sonoran Water Pros to terminate or reduce their relationship with our Company for the purpose of working directly for you. Violation of this provision may result in a placement fee to cover recruitment and training costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoran Water Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, including but not limited to water damage, appliance damage, or changes in water quality.
